Saturday 14th September, join us at St Michael’s for the annual celebration of England’s fantastic architecture and culture for the national Heritage Open Days. All are warmly invited to visit and view this Victorian Gothic gem on Mount Dinham just outside the City Walls across the Iron Bridge.
The Church will be open on Saturday 14th Sept from 8am-6pm,r. This is the day of the Annual Ride & Stride sponsored event for Devon Historic Churches Trust, and we welcome you too. Refreshments and Stalls throughout the day. Explore our Heritage Exhibition.
At 3pm – Informal Organ Recital by organist Matt Clark.
At 4.30pm – a Guided Tour of the Church and Mount Dinham with architectural historian Richard Parker.
St Michael’s Church will also be open 10am-5pm on Sunday 15th September – 11am Sung Mass, All Welcome.
3pm -5pm we shall be offering Cream Teas at £3 or £4 as a fund-raiser for Church upkeep, with an accompaniment of light music.
