With its impressively tall spire, St Michael's is clearly visible from many parts of the city. The church is situated in Mount Dinham, at the end of Dinham Road.

How to Get Here
St Michael's is close to Exeter City Centre and is therefore easy to reach by public transport.
From St David's Train station (approx. 15 minute walk):
Head up the hill away from the station following pedestrian signs to the city centre. At the top of the steep hill turn right on to St David's hill, still following city centre signs. Continue until the mini roudabout, at which go straight ahead. Continue down the road taking the last right before the iron bridge (Dinham Road). You will see the church on your right.
From Exeter Central station (approx. 10 minute walk):
Fom the main entrance turn left on to Queen's Street heading towards the city centre. At the traffic lighted crossroad turn right onto Paul Street. At the next traffic lights turn right again going over the iron bridge. Take the first left after the bridge (Dinham Road). You will see the church on your right.
From the Bus Station (approx 15 minute walk):
Head up Paris Street towards the city centre. Turn left on to the high street and continue straight on until you reach a crossroad by the shop Athena. Turn right onto North Street and head down the hill. Cross over the road and head straight over on to the Iron Bridge. Take the first left after the bridge (Dinham Road) You will see the church on your right.
Car Parking:
There is currently restricted parking on the grounds around the church. You are entitled to free parking if you display a parking permit, and these are available for visitors at the back of the church. (Please ask if you cannot find them, though they are usually on the table on the South side of the West end, along with the Guestbook which we would encourage you to sign.) There are several carparks within easy walking distance of the church including Mary Arches Street Car Park and the Guildhall Car Park.
