Youth Group

There are two youth groups offering various activities for all young people aged 10 to 15, and 15 to 18 within the parish.

The younger group (10 – 15)

This group meet on a Sunday afternoon from 3 - 5pm once a fortnight during term time (see dates below) . Often the group meet in the Parish rooms at St David’s church where there is time to chat and make new friends, play games, make things and discuss and learn new things about life and the Christian faith. There are also regular trips out to eat pizza, go on bike rides and visit local attractions. New members are always welcome, for more information please contact: Fiona Knott 07703 733 012

Summer term Activities 2008

 8^th April           Pizza at the quayside

20^th April         “Don’t be Greedy” games and activities.

( May Bank Holiday 4^th May)

11^th May          Pentecost theme craft activities.

1^st June            Visit to Riverford Farm

15^th June          Going barmy in the Belfry, learning about ringing the church bells!

29^th June          Bike Ride

13^th July           Mystery activity

25th - 27^th July  Weekend away     

 The Older Group (15 – 18)

This group meets less frequently for events and activities. They meet in various locations to share food and discussions, to watch films and to go on outings.
